How it works

One flow, from the first idea to what you learn from it.

Most tools stop at scheduling. Optomus covers the steps before it and after it, so the work stays in one place.

  1. 01

    Brief

Describe the campaign in a sentence or two. Your brand voice, audience and knowledge base fill in the rest.

Brand profile · goals · uploads

  2. 02

    Draft

Optomus writes a version for each channel, with hashtags, images or short video sized to fit.

    Written to each platform's limits

  3. 03

    Review

Edit inline, leave comments and route posts to the person who signs them off.

    Owner · Admin · Editor · Viewer

  4. 04

    Publish

Drop posts into queue slots or schedule up to 50 at once. They go out on time, and failed posts retry.

Calendar · queue · bulk scheduling

  5. 05

    Learn

Engagement, best posting times and what worked feed back into the next set of drafts.

    Analytics · insights · goals

Security

Your accounts stay yours.

Connecting a brand should never mean handing over the keys. Here is how access is kept narrow and visible.

How we protect accounts
  • Official sign-in only

Accounts connect through each platform's OAuth. We never see your passwords.

  • Tokens encrypted at rest

Access tokens are encrypted in storage and revoked when you disconnect.

  • Approval before publishing

Require sign-off per brand, so nothing is scheduled without it.

  • Roles and an audit log

Give each person the access they need, per brand, with every change recorded.

Questions

Good to know before you start.

Anything else? Ask us directly.

Which platforms does Optomus publish to?

LinkedIn (profiles and company pages), Instagram, X, Facebook pages and TikTok. Publishing, analytics and comment management work on all five.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan, without a card. When it ends, add a card to keep Starter or move to a bigger plan.

Will the AI publish anything without my say-so?

Every draft lands in your workspace for you to review first. Turn on approvals and posts also wait for a named approver before they're scheduled.

Can I run more than one brand?

Yes. Each brand keeps its own voice, connected accounts, calendar and team permissions. How many brands you can add depends on your plan.

How do teams and clients work together in Optomus?

Invite people as an Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer, per brand. Comments, edits and approvals stay attached to each post, and the audit log shows who did what.

Your next month of posts, planned this afternoon.
